Camping de Steeg

Friendly manager, ideally located for visiting the Veluwezoom, but for what is offered and the traffic noise (from the local road that runs right next to it and the elevated highway) far too expensive (€30 per night including SVR discount).

You can cycle straight into the Posbank, spacious pitches on a small campsite. No toilet paper, hot water with a 50-cent coin. Beautiful location but lots of traffic noise from the adjacent main road and the nearby A348. Cost in September 2025 for a campervan for two people, including taxes and no electricity, was 33 euros.

Nice campsite, on the edge of De Steeg. Kasteel Middachten is nearby. But also the A348, which crosses the IJssel next to the campsite. Sanitary facilities okay, 1 shower and 2 toilets per sex, bring your own toilet paper and € 0.50 for shower and dishwater.
