Camperplaats Landlust has existed since 2015. We had owned the land since 2010 and were looking for an addition to the shop. Various ideas were considered, but after a (in hindsight) golden tip and some research, gathering information from the NKC, and visits to other camper sites, we decided to start a camper site. The first guests arrived in the late summer of 2015. Since then, we have grown from the original 8 pitches to 30 spacious pitches. Located in the Achterhoek, on the edge of the village of Steenderen, Camperplaats Landlust has much to offer. From walking and cycling routes to beautiful towns nearby, there is something for everyone.

We stayed here from 16/6 to 22/6/26; it is a very nice camper site with good, clean facilities. Steenderen is a good base for various visits in the surrounding area, such as Zutphen, Doesburg, and the castles. One point of criticism is the temperature of the showers; in warm weather like the past few days, the temperature is set too high! Being able to adjust it yourself is much nicer and also cheaper for the owner.

Spent a few days here, beautiful campsite, snack bar and shop within walking distance, and on Saturday a pizza stand in the parking lot near the Plus and they were delicious Beautiful cycling area, definitely recommended 👌

I've been here before, a great spot. Back then. Now there is constant engine noise from a shovel or other machine from the site at the rear of the camper pitch. Definitely not conducive to a pleasant stay. It lasted until after 9:00 PM last night, with interruptions during (apparently) meals. Reason enough for me to drive on to a quieter spot.
