SVR-camping De Plaats

Went there for the first time with my MP3 scooter and tent. It was a great campsite, very clean and the owners were very friendly! Everything was very neat and clean, the pitches were spacious, and there's a living room in the barn if you want to warm up or just play a game in bad weather. I still have a week's holiday and am considering going back. 👌🏕

A beautiful, well-maintained campsite. We pitched our camper on the new field, where the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and there was no lighting at night. There are lovely, charming places nearby that you can cycle to, such as Elburg, Harderwijk, and Biddinghuizen, where you can take the bicycle ferry across Lake Veluwe back to the other side. The campsite was super clean and had a cozy atmosphere. There's also a TV room with a sofa. We'd love to come back, Hennie and Kees.

Great location. Super friendly owners. Beautiful bathrooms, shame about the coin-operated rooms, but everything looks beautiful. Even though it was packed, it was wonderfully quiet. We paid 25 euros per night. We will definitely be back.
