Waalheimer Farm

We booked this campervan site for a weekend in Valkenburg, and the location was absolutely perfect! The campervan site is quiet but has all the amenities you need. The owners are very helpful, and the view is stunning!

Arrival; after payment, I ask for information about the campsite. We only get to hear where we have to go, nothing else. We have to figure it out ourselves: the toilet, shower, where we wash dishes, discharge grey water, etc. For the dishes, we had to scrub the countertop so dirty. Nobody seen anymore. Expressed our dissatisfaction via an email. And asked for a response. But they don't respond. Worthless reception! That's not how you treat camping guests.

Nice little campsite. Everything you need is there. You can tap fresh milk. Outdated sanitary facilities but clean. Nice farmer's wife chatted with me while she was cleaning the sanitary facilities. All in all we had a nice few days because everything can be done by bike. Unfortunately you have to fly but that's the farm.
