Boerderijcamping Texel De Wamberg

Super friendly welcome, huge pitches, biggest advantage: no dogs allowed – hopefully it stays that way. Very clean and well-maintained washroom facilities, excellent service.

Lovely small-scale farm campsite on beautiful Texel. Neat, spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities, and a quiet location. From the campsite, turn right onto the Hoofdbaan and then left at the first intersection for junction 67, or right towards junction 27 for beautiful bike rides around the island. The only annoying thing was the many flies, but that is also typical of a farm campsite 😉 Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owners, though it's always nice to meet them.

A lovely little campsite, secluded from the farm. Both the pitches and the sanitary facilities are well-maintained. By bike, you have plenty of access to the beach, De Koog, De Cocksdorp, the lighthouse, etc. Well done, Hoedjes family.
