Bakkaåno Camping & Gjestegård

Spacious pitches, choose your own. Bathroom facilities basic. One sink is insufficient, even when there aren't many guests. Messy appearance; bric-a-brac. Friendly owners.

On our way back from Stavanger to Kristiansand via the beautiful coastal road, we ended up here. What a stroke of luck! Wonderfully spacious pitches, all good amenities such as toilets and showers are available. There's also a large playground for children. For fishermen and travelers without accommodation, there are yurts on a hilltop or cabins. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and she helped us order pizzas from the neighboring village.
