Okay for one night, incl. Electricity 200 NOK to be deposited in the envelope, toilet new, very clean

Very nice location on a small harbor. Unfortunately, the owner wants 200 NOK only for electricity and water. We find that much too expensive. There is no toilet, no laundry, etc.
