Indeed a small park where you can park along the side of the road. Not really a CP, but it can be fun with the bbq option. No signs seen whether or not you can stay overnight.

Nice quiet place near a small park with picnic. There is a drinking place next to this park. So you can drink something but not eat it. (Except for a sandwich) You walk to the ocean in 15 minutes. Despite the fact that you cannot discharge, it is still a wonderful place.
