The barrier was indeed open, as far as I could see there was only one long-term visitor, so no problems. Everything was free, even a lovely hot shower! A great location. The sanitary facilities and grounds were excellent and clean. Kudos to the municipality!

The barrier is open, and that's why there are so many "long-term visitors." Lots of trash and dogs running loose. We left after an hour. It didn't feel right. This new place will quickly deteriorate. Why not enforce it?
