We spent the night there (very quiet) from January 15th to 16th, 2026. Water and electricity were cut off. Furthermore, for the two spots closest to the service point (4 electrical outlets), there's no problem if the cable is at least 20 meters long. You need a longer cable for the other two.

Power 4 sockets have been reconnected. You can use it for free as well as the water. Great free place. Quiet in the area after 10am. However, a fire was lit somewhere with plastic, which gave off a very unpleasant smell.
