The parking lot is largely closed due to construction. Currently, only cars are allowed.

The coordinates aren't quite right, and it's difficult to find even with the address. We had to ask locals. The actual coordinates are N37°46'47.5" W3°47'29.2"

As far as parking in a car park goes this was ok. We only stayed one night so we could visit the city and cycle part of the Ver Verde Olive route Greenway. Felt safer with the barrier system in place. Toilets available at the station otherwise no other facilities.
