Route 66 Tabernas

A fantastic place where we stayed for five days with live music on the weekend, very cozy. Construction seems to have stalled, and I didn't see any construction workers 🤷🏼‍♂️. Water and cassette disposal are well-organized, but electrical hookups are available but not working yet. The restaurant during the weekend is stressful and chaotic, and it seems they have no experience in the hospitality industry. They tried their best, but it wasn't enough. We'll be back anyway 😜👍.

Beautiful location. We stayed here for six nights. There are live performances during the weekend. Despite the ongoing construction and the lack of electricity, we enjoyed our stay. It's a great base for visiting Fort Bravo and Mini Hollywood, as well as for walks and bike rides. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Amelia, Miguel, and Rob are very friendly and helpful and speak Dutch.

Unfortunately, this isn't our campervan site. I know it's only €10, but offering a cold shower isn't our thing. Everyone loves the spareribs at Route 66, but ours was lukewarm. Unfortunately. What is well-organized is the rest area. We booked for two nights but left after one.
