Area in large car park opposite train station.   Didn't find it noisy and trains didn't run at night.  Nice town.  Took train into Santander and Torrelavega.  Cepsa station on edge of town with laundarette, cafe, van wash and lpg.

muy buena area asfaltada en el centro del pueblo todo los cervicios funcionan bien, cosa que en la mayoria de areas no funcionan ,si que pasa un tren pero no molesta demasiado,

Very good paved area in the center of town, all services work well, which is something that doesn't work in most areas. A train does pass by, but it doesn't bother you too much.

Waanzinnige herrie, we zijn om 8pm weggereden. De treinen komen iedere 10 tot 20 minuten langs, spoorbomen blijven heel lang dicht, al klingelend natuurlijk, treinen fluiten, remmen af en trekken op voor het station 100m verderop. Dan nog vuurwerk en een disco, zeldzaam erg. 

Crazy noise, we left at 8pm. Trains pass by every 10 to 20 minutes, barriers stay closed for a long time, ringing of course, trains whistle, slow down and accelerate for the station 100m further. Then fireworks and a disco, exceptionally bad.
