Camping Santillana Del Mar S.l

We stayed here for three nights the location is ideal to walk into the centre town very picturesque cycled to the caves in Altamira(which is a replica of the original still worth a visit) the site has many fixed tepee type tents which can be a little noisy. showers were clean although many cracked tiles. we have a7mmotorhome the access to our pitch was very tight but achievable the dishwashing area is located in the access route to the showers!

When you pay 55 euros for a campervan for one person, you expect everything to be somewhat okay. The bathroom fixtures were absolutely disgusting. Cracked tiles, small, and especially very dirty. Cobwebs and dirt on the doors, which you have to give a firm kick to get in and out. If you're tall, you can almost look over the doors into the showers. The star is for the charming medieval town a short walk away.

We were here with a 6-meter campervan and a small tent. We were given a spot at the bottom of the campsite along the busy road, with tall, unmown grass and no shade. The restrooms were too far uphill. Basic facilities. We paid €65 for one night, which wasn't worth it. The only plus is that you can walk straight from the campsite into the beautiful medieval village with its charming terraces and restaurants.
