Camping Fuentes Blancas

A very large campsite with spacious pitches, an old but functional toilet and showers. A friendly welcome with a thorough explanation of the campsite and the city. Burgos turns out to be the coldest city in Spain, thankfully not at the moment. A nice walk along the river to the city, which is also a great place to walk with your dog. We paid 27 euros for 2 people, 1 dog shower, and electricity.

Overnight stop before ferry. Been before a few years ago and it certainly needs upgrading. Toilets ok. Shower heads off the wall. Hot water in all sinks. Lovely busy bar at entrance. Grass pitches so can be a bit boggy. Some electric points not working.

Great campsite for visiting this beautiful city. The sanitary facilities are very outdated but clean. Large open pitches.
