If you want to cycle to the city, take the new cycle path clockwise and not the recommended route via Google Maps. It will direct you counterclockwise up a rocky path near the campsite. It's not doable by bike.

Brilliant set up. Each pitch has it's own water, electric, outside sink, and full wet room with toilet, basin and shower with its own combi boiler. Table and 2 chairs provided (stored in wet room) and you have your own key so you can leave your own kit in there if needed. We only stopped for one night on our way North but have booked for 2 nights on our return.

We spent two nights here in November. With the ACSI card, it cost €21. Very friendly welcome. Each of the spacious pitches has a small shower/toilet block. Very comfortable – especially in bad weather. We took bus L5 into town for €1.10. The bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk away. We think the campsite is great!
