Camping El Pinajarro

For a visit to the NP Montfrague we went to this campsite. Also cycled part of the Via Verde, via cycle path from the campsite. Agree with previous reviews. Swimming pool was not yet open. Sanitary old but clean.

Quite expensive for what you get, 25 euros per night without electricity. Swimming pool was closed with 32 degrees. It looks like a Spanish family campsite with lots of children and loud football on TV until late in the evening and enthusiastic shouting. Showers are warm after a while, toilets reasonably clean. Cheap restaurant with reasonable food and a shop with bread in the morning. Surroundings seem very nice, however we left after 1 night.

Were here mid-May 2025. Friendly welcome, places were swampy and some difficult to reach/maneuver with a 7.5 m camper through the trees. We were at the top with the bungalows. Excellent clean sanitary facilities and hot showers. Bar open and pizza etc. can be ordered in the evening, eat on the terrace/inside. Bread roll service. Via verde starts in town, nice route. Tourist info in town.
