Sheppards Rest

Great campsite. Very nice and friendly welcome. Lovely pool and wonderfully quiet. Free water in the cooler is nice if you voluntarily leave a small gift for the animals. Six fresh eggs for 1 euro. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Friendly English owner. We had a nice secluded spot. Most of the spots were occupied by long-term winterers who together form a friendly community. Facilities are great with a nice swimming pool. Thanks to Jill and our lovely neighbour Ursula from Austria. We were the lucky ones for a spot here because as a passer-by that is not self-evident.

Simple place ok, but far from being bad, it is well organized, clean and incredibly friendly from the owners. Spacious places, with electricity, water and gray, but there is also toilet disposal, fenced plots for those who have a dog. Wonderful pool with full time access, we loved it, I highly recommend it, mimimimimiless. 😉
