These are the kind of places you'll drive back for after restocking your campervan. 😉 We had a wonderfully peaceful overnight stay here, which was definitely worth the 50 SEK (€6.40). (You can put your money in the provided paper bag, write your name and license plate number on it, and drop it in the crack in the column.) There are more well-organized places like this in the area around Idre. Oh, and don't forget the "Magic Road" if you're here.

Lovely, quiet, spacious spot on the river. No facilities, only a natural toilet. Dogs can cool off in the water, but they must be kept on a leash. Fast-flowing water.
