Ställplats Göta kanal - Söderköping

Great location with advance online booking. It's easy to do. Just make sure you choose the right location. We had a problem with this, but after a single phone call, everything was sorted out. What a lovely spot! Along the promenade with charming shops, there's a phenomenal ice cream parlor, and after a fair number of steps across the canal (accessible by crossing the lock), there's a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

The site must be booked digitally, otherwise you won't receive an entry code. It's gravel, and unfortunately, there's no view of the canal, only of the overgrown dam. There's no electricity, no toilet facilities, and poor lighting. I think €27/night is too expensive for that. I wouldn't recommend this site. However, the water and electricity are exemplary.

Great, spacious parking space with professional disposal for tank and cassettes including free drinking water. Söderköping can be explored beautifully from the parking space along the Göta Canal. Lots of walking opportunities with dogs, cozy cafes and restaurants along the Göta Canal. A stop is always worth it...
