Bakewell Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Beautifully situated campsite with nice, large pitches on a paved surface or on a very beautiful, neat English grass field. Electricity is available, but there are no sanitary facilities. Beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling. The only downside is the steep, narrow road through the village of Youlgreave to get to the campsite.

Beautifully kept low key campsite at really great value for grass non EHU pitch costing us £35 for 3 nights (members & 40% discount offer July 20th). Stunning setting, 10 mins walk to historic, picturesque Youlgreave village with pubs, good cafe & small shop. Numerous walks direct from site, all beautiful, we walked to Bakewell 5 miles & got bus back (172 or 172 £2). Lovely river side walks too, just idyllic. Need own loo/shower, small site shop.

great campsite despite the fact that there are no sanitary facilities. Beautiful views everywhere on the campsite. please note Please note that you do not take the shortest route via Google from the south . We were glad that we arrived at the camper with minor damage.
