Very good (for a campervan site) in terms of location, toilets, supermarket, fish and chips. The name isn't Romney Sands Car Park, but Lade Car Park in Lydd-on-Sea. Close to the unique town of Dungeness (3km) with its lighthouses, narrow-gauge railway to Hythe, expansive pebble beach, old fishing junk, and nuclear power station.

Close to the pebble beach, restrooms open but nasty. Price increased to £2.50 per hour. Free after 6 p.m.
