Beautiful campsite in a stunning nature reserve. The new sanitary facilities are excellent, and the older ones are perfectly usable. The price for a campervan for two people WITHOUT electricity is £30.

The campsite looks cozy with nice catering facilities at the entrance. For camping 1 person, with electricity I had to pay £ 30, almost double what is in the info. In that sense I feel somewhat ripped off. WiFi in the pitch is reasonable. Sanitary facilities are quite outdated and far too few for such a large campsite.

Great little chilled out campsite! We had one of the hard standing pitches with electric hook up that also has its own bit of grassed area. Showers were closed due to Covid but look good. it’s actually called Newfold Farm now. Great cafe on site with takeaway food too. Outdoor pizza oven for pizza nights was just being set up. you can hire fire pits too! Gorgeous walks from the campsite and pubs in the lovely village of Edale.

simple farm site - centrally located in the Peak District - at the beginning of the Pennine Way - a long distance hiking route to Scotland - narrow access road - not suitable for oversized campers - station with good train connection to both Sheffield and Manchester.
