Fantastic beautiful location, good sanitary facilities. A challenge indeed on the road to it. Price was not bad, 71 pounds for 2 nights with electricity, but it was worth the money. Not discussed, the sign "camping full" ignored, but the staff was very friendly and offered us a fantastic place with young deer under the window of the camper in the evening.

Perfect. Getting there can be challenging (because of the narrow road), but it was fine as long as you know how wide you are. (we 2.30 br by 7.20 long) Beautiful view and wonderfully relaxed. The price was well worth it.

Lovely campsite in the woods with spacious pitches and electricity. Friendly reception. motorhome with 2 people £33 per night. sanitary a bit on the old side. great location for a bike ride along the lake to Windmere. Ferry crossing (2 pounds per person)
