Stayed here 1 night. Friendly owners who, given my late arrival, prepared another hot meal for me. Fish, chips, vegetables, dessert and the matching half liter of beer for £20. A good base to explore the area.

Great campsite. Sanitary in old building, but neatly clean and well maintained. Places are spacious. Eating at The Powin Arms pub that runs the site is highly recommended. Delicious dishes.

Behind pub but quiet location. Short walk to Walcot Hall who own the pub. Pub meals and real ales. Pleasant village with small shop and not much else but good for touring the area .
