The Railway Ramblers

Simple and quiet camper place on the edge of the village. Nice welcome by the owner of the pub, costs £15 per night including toilet use. A donation is required for the outdoor shower. You can take a nice walk from the camper place, the prison museum is accessible on foot. There is little else to do in the village.

Very friendly people, shower & toilet open all night for £15 you can't go wrong. Super location for walkers. The jacuzzi is for hotel guests only, so you won't be able to use it. We will be back.

I think this is a top place with a top location. I received a very friendly welcome and paid £15 to stay overnight in the hotel car park. There is a small toilet block with 1 toilet and 1 shower. There is also a shared kitchen with refrigerator, BBQs and pizza oven. There are no camper facilities and the toilet block is a bit small, but clean. And you can use the jacuzzi. I think it's the perfect place to visit Dartmoor.
