The motorhome is still there. The pub however is closed. We were able to park in the car park of the former pub and use the toilet for £10. A little further on is a pub where you can eat. Friendly owner.

Nice cp behind pub. We were here on 24 and 25 Aug. 2019. Very friendly welcome. Actual cp was full (due to bank holiday that weekend) but we could stand in parking behind pub. Delicious eaten in the pub. Very nice area in Lake District. Recommended.

nice cosy pub. road is very narrow and winding and busy even on midweek. motorhomes need to put side mirrors in or risk losing them.pub £15 mid week£20 at weekend. tiolet and shower and water but no power.
