It still says that you are not allowed to spend the night here and that the place is closed from 18-3. There is a fence around the facilities. For the day it is (still) fine..

Community owned toilets, chemical waste disposal, car park and picnic benches beside the river. A great place to stop for a comfort break. Please remember to support the community to keep these facilities open by donating generously to the Community Out West Trust…cowtrust.com. Plans are underway to upgrade the toilets and install showers.
