Very nice pub, with great vegan food options and good beer selection. massive garden with good covid-safe rules. very clean. public toilets open from 8am.

Fantastic stop for day or overnight. Just call the pub on arrival and they will tell you where to park. We stayed in the overflow during the day, then they asked us to move to the car park next to the pub overnight. £3 for all day/night which is redeemed in the pub. Lovely spot next to the river, abbey and village with a number of shops and eateries. Highly recommend. We will return. A rare find.
