Conveniently located next to the cinema and a 10-minute walk from Wildlands. It's a well-maintained, but neat, parking lot where you can empty your gray and black water for free, fill up your water, and there are waste containers available. There's a power point behind each space (for a fee). For me, as a film and zoo enthusiast, this was ideal! I did miss a toilet and shower, though.

I have stayed on both the standard and comfort pitches. The standard pitches have electricity, no water; the comfort pitches have both. The standard pitches are straighter than the comfort pitches. The comfort pitches have blocks, but for me they are not necessary (3% skewed). The comfort pitches have ample space for an awning and are much more pleasant than the standard pitches. The sanitary facilities are neat. Showers and dishes are included. Excellent WiFi. Prices are acceptable outside the high season; too expensive in the high season.

Great campsite, which immediately had space when 2 non-reserveable camper places turned out to be full. I paid 18.50 per night for 1 person. Shower (without time), WiFi and electricity included in the price. Shower temperature not adjustable and a bit too cold for me. Toilet paper also available at the toilet, so nice not to have to walk around the campsite with the roll. Within cycling distance of the center of Leeuwarden.

21 euros for 1 person, you have to bring your own toilet roll, shower one euro for 4 minutes, noise from the road, you are not allowed to put pegs in the grass and don't you dare drive against the no-go sign, even if there is sufficient overview and no one is coming, because the female manager stormed towards me and literally started yelling at me. Turning around with my camper would have been more dangerous.
