Nice place and beautiful surroundings. The course on the campsite is very nice for mountain bikers, but you can also cycle outside the campsite. The toilet building is at the restaurant and a bit further than you are probably used to. You have a beautiful view from the restaurant. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free!

This place, the owners and all the animals are in one word great! For people with and without children it is wonderful to stay here. We ended up staying an extra day. 10 stars! This camper place is great. We were there 27/28 December. Close to the coast, but still away from the hustle and bustle. The camper place looks cozy and well maintained with beautiful trees and all amenities. A lot of love has been put into it. There is a cozy restaurant/bar, where you can also play pool and darts. There are various hiking trails. The owner is super nice and communicates in all languages with Google Translate. Very nice here.

Expensive campsite. In December 41 euros for: camper place, electricity and dog. Everything else perfect down to the last detail. 1 star less because I find the price much too high for low season. Washing and drying is easy with card, there is a baby bath (do ask for key at reception) and everything else you need.

Great. For only 4 euros per night you have a large place, electricity, spacious clean shower, toilet, emptying dirty water, filling clean water, emptying toilet and a washing up area. The surroundings are very beautiful. Further down the street starts a nice walk along the river and on the other side is a large forest. We did our shopping in Cabecao (4 km). For children there is a playground within walking distance.

Nice camping in December. 29 euros for 2 adults with dog and electricity (kids free). Toilet building very clean, showers warm, not very hot, but then at least you don't shower too long. Very green. Beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Restaurant on the camping with a view and bread service in the morning. Absolutely great! Washing 4.50 and drying 3.50. Pay with €1, €2 and €0.50. Playground for the children.

Great. Paid 13 euros in total for 2 adults, a toddler, a baby and a dog. Electricity included. Very neat and green campsite. Showers were lovely. Strong jet and warm. The owner thought they weren't that warm at the moment, but the shower could be really warm. Also a playground available. Lovely to stay overnight if you are going to Chaves or have been there! <3.

Great place. Neat and beautiful surroundings. Village within walking distance. Nice restaurants and a number of supermarkets, including Spar. A walk starts next to the camper place. Dogs must be on a leash. You can empty the toilet and gray water and fill up with water for free.

Me and my daughter had a nice day and night. The campsite is nice and green and close to the center. Sanitary facilities are old but clean.

Awesome! A nice free place to stand and electricity for 5 euros. I bought some products in the shop and I can already tell that the walnut bar with chocolate was delicious!

New owners since 3 years. 5 stars! Beautiful location on the river where you can swim + next to a super nice village, nice people, good value for money, clean and some extras: swimming pool and play equipment for kids. Bread service available for delicious baguettes and croissants. And recently there is a very small shop in the village where you can buy vegetables, pasta, bread and toiletries. Previously, one had to drive 25 minutes.

Very well maintained affordable campsite. Basic but sufficient if you don't need extreme luxury. Yet it still has a swimming pool, a trampoline, a table tennis table and a playground for children. The showers are warm and spacious. There are some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. By car or 40 minutes walk along the river is a nice town (Pavia) for shopping or eating. Tip: take anti-mosquito stuff with you, because you can be stung

It's nice that places like this exist. You can dispose of your rubbish and there are many pitches. I did not feel unsafe and slept like a baby. Note: bring levellers if you don't want to be skewed. There are only a few straight spots.

Awesome! A campsite on a beautiful river to cool off in or to look at and surrounded by mountains. Beautiful. There are hot showers, sinks and all for 10-12 euros. You can report to the reception (at the toilet block). If no one is there, the owner will come by in the evening.

Incredibly strange and unkind Dutch owner. I had driven for six hours, arrived at half past eight in the evening (reservation is not necessary according to the website) and he refused me because he thought my dog was scary (shepherd who barked after a long drive and fussed around). Very sweet animal and I won't let him loose on a campsite anyway.... I was so looking forward to it. Guitar was already in the back. But yeah...

Very nice free place between the meadows. You see cows, horses, sheep and bird species. The farm is opposite the place. Here you can get ice cream during the day until 21:00 during the summer season. People continued to enjoy until about 10:00 PM. But that didn't bother me. You have to be self-sufficient to be able to stand here.

Absolutely great! Spent two nights at the motorhome with daughter and dog. There are many playgrounds, there are farm animals and you can sit on the terrace.

What a wonderful campsite! And very nice new sanitary facilities. You can walk straight into the forest and mountain biking is also very good. Tip: In the forest there is a wonderful catering tent called Buiten in de kuil.

Everything you need is available at the campsite. Nearby are farms where you can buy local products and nearby is a lake for a nice walk or possibly a swim. At the lake is a very nice catering business.

A very nice place for young and old. Everything you need is there. From the campsite you can go for a walk through the woods and for mountain bike enthusiasts you can be on the trail within 10 minutes. It is great for children at the campsite. Playground equipment and lots of farm animals! Dogs are allowed.
