A lovely little campsite near the Mincio River! Matteo is a very friendly owner and always attentive to his guests! Level pitches with electricity, water, and drainage at the site! The washrooms and toilets are fine! The bike path to the Mincio is about 1 km away! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! It's wonderful that there are such dedicated campsite owners! We even received a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift! Thank you! ...

The entrance to the campsite is narrow, but manageable with a 13-meter caravan! The pitches are nice and clearly marked. We booked for 9 days and had to pay in advance at check-in! Wi-Fi reception is only available at reception. The washrooms have two open shower cubicles and hot water for €1 (4 minutes). They are very clean! We were disappointed with the food in the restaurant. We waited 30 minutes for the wine, and the first and second main courses, served without any side dishes, looked uninspired! The olive oil from the farm is excellent! ...

A very nice terraced campsite with a great view of the sea and the city of Fermo! The access road has a gradient of about 20%, but it's easily manageable! The washrooms are very clean! Free use of the washing machine! Super friendly staff! Good Wi-Fi coverage! Beautiful bike rides to the sea and into the hinterland! Supermarket nearby. The campsite is about 1 km from the motorway! All in all, we were very satisfied! ```
