loads of spaces BUT very few (only 12) electric points!! If you canโt get electric, then it is a very expensive stopover. Not recommended.

Good site next to the water. The barrier was open and the kiosk was shut (probably due to COVID) so nowhere to make payment. Good all round facilities (all of which were working) - 6 of the 10 pitches are hard standing. Disco was closed due to COVID so canโt comment on the noise from there. Trains could be heard, but not too excessive. No views, but a good stopover site.

Tucked away on the edge of the Town, this is a very quiet and pleasant stopping place. Free water, water and toilet discharge. 10 min walk into the Town which Iโm sure will be bustling and lively in the Summer.

The only positive is it is close to the beach otherwise run down and noisy. Very close to a busy road and railway. The grey water empty channel outside the barrier is out of order. There is a grey water place just inside the compound so be sure you use it before you exit if you need to. Low season is โฌ7 per night.

This could be a great site. The entry and exit/payment system is excellent. Pitches are sloping, but not excessively so. Road noise is a pain, but does seem to calm down during the night. Our main issue is that the water is not working. Apparently frozen but itโs a residential area and in the car park of a hotel so it canโt be beyond the wit of man to sort it. WiFi is ok, asked at the hotel and they gave us the code.

Further to our earlier review, the site has been resurfaced and pitches are now hard standing. This village is very pretty, has lots of amenities and is close to the lakes. The toilet facility is immaculate.

What a beautiful spot! Full hard standing, with free electric and water. We were here on a Sunday (during COVID-19) so no wine tasting or purchase available. Finding the entrance is tricky (in fact we went a bit off-road to get in haha), I think you are supposed to follow a sign from the Village which we missed. Perfect, quiet location. Big thanks to the owners ๐

You have to drive down a road that is signed No Entry which is confusing. A very utilitarian stop. Hard standing, no view (except the back of a building), very little shade. Secure due to fencing and barrier. Bars very close by and very close for the ferry.

Lovely Aire on the banks of the estuary (free of charge). Hot weekend in August, yet only a few people here. There are NO water / grey water facilities ... they have fallen into disrepair and are blocked off. Restaurant across the road. Flattish grass / ground .... some shady spots available.

Admittedly, we went on a hot day in August and it was packed out. Way too few hook up points, certainly not enough to service everyone. Small, tightly packed pitches .... and lots of midges! Ideal location for the beach and bars, but too busy for us. Paid our 11.95e, stayed 30 minutes then left to find a quieter Aire.

In November it was quiet in terms of no other camping cars although itโs a busy town. We hooked up to the electricity points in the main car park for free rather than the pay point ... water was switched off, but we emptied toilet cartridge for free. Toilets were filthy so we did some shopping at the supermarket and left to go to a nicer place.

This Aire will be fantastic in the Summer months as it is very well laid out and facilities are free. Tokens for the [free] electric and water are available at several places in the village. We are here during a very wet period in November and the pitches, being on grass, are muddy. Immaculate toilets up the walkway next to the Mairie. A great site in a beautiful village.

We visited in Nov 2017. Lovely space with adjacent park so great for our two small dogs. Excellent toilets, extremely clean (toilet seats and toilet paper) and modern. Short walk to the local cafe/bar and the supermarket which is open Sunday mornings too. Generally very quiet, the usual church bells at 7pm and 7am.
