We stayed here for two nights. You can walk straight into the city and have direct access to the fortress walking paths. It's right next to the railway and the road, but that rarely bothered us. In mid-February, there were about five campers here at any given time. It's on cobblestones, so even in rain or snow, it's not a boggy mess. There are no facilities!

The area is beautiful in the middle of the marina. checking in is very easy. Two toilets/showers doesn't seem like much to me. They are also a bit outdated. The vehicles are very close together.
