We found this campsite to be very pleasant. Everything was super clean and tidy. We arrived on the Thursday before the Whitsun weekend to stay for two nights, but unfortunately everything was full, with only spots for one night. Eventually, a solution was found in a somewhat tighter spot opposite the rubbish containers. It looked fine, so we just went for it. We were very pleased with this too; we ended up staying for three nights. The swimming pool is nice and beautiful.

Fine campsite for a few days. The location is good, right by the sea and the promenade. The sanitary facilities are dated but clean, and the swimming pool is very nice. Good solution for the Wi-Fi with a free private router that you can use for a €20 deposit. As far as we are concerned, Peniscola is a bit disappointing, although a visit to the castle is more than worthwhile.
