Very friendly and helpful lady in reception, little store for groceries. Tidy pitches, but very old toilet & shower block

7/1/18 Great stop not too far from Calais
Sitecode: 189
5/2/18 Lovely Aire adjacent to park, difficult narrow rds through village but my 7m van managed with considerate French drivers pulling over to let me through.

On main route to Spain (Long road South), set back from rd so not noisy. Free electric but no water or waste as closed for winter. The is a restaurant next door.

Very convenient, if you need to just fill up with water and dump the cassette it's only 2β¬. They have showers & toilets too. Onsite laundry which is a bit expensive at 4.50β¬ but place to park outside and you can shop whilst it's being done. Local market on Saturday morning. Cheap fuel at Ghol garage, right next door

Good basic site, old washblock, 50p charge for shower.Nice Walk or cycle to town along the river. If there is a race meeting on you have free access.

Excellent caravan park right on the lake. 2 Km easy walk/bike ride to Titisee along lakeside path. I was heading for the stellplatz but after speaking to reception found out that as a single person with a motorhome it was actually cheaper in the campsite. You need to pay 50c for a shower. There are a number of pitches right on the lake.

Lovely site with immaculate ablutions, proper shower taps with loads of hot water. Easy walking along a track behind the site to the Stechelberg cable car (30mins) or the waterfalls. Buses stop just outside that take you into Lauterbrunnen where you can also get a train to Interlaken. You can buy fresh farm milk at a self service hut just next door.

Pretty farm environment, open gravel parking at side of village. Good for cycling to Blois or Chambord. I was alone here 14/3/17, very peaceful.

Lovely beneath trees and right beside the beach, no water in winter. Another site just 200m along same rd, water still on when I went to discharge waste. Excellent walking/cycle/ rollerblading path along lake and into forest.

Excellent stop, agree with what the others have said. Highly recommended

Very lovely, quiet and restful. Excellent recorded audio headsets and videos (various languages) to tour the Citadel. Most of the tour is in the vast underground tunnels where the 240 day siege was carried out by the Prussians. Don't miss walking around the path on the outside for impressive views across the valley and over the town. Boulangerie van arrives 7:30. 28/5/16 .

Nice and quiet in the woods 100 metres from lovely shallow babbling river where I saw a fly fisherman. Would be great for paddling in the summer heat. Poor wifi signal. Popular stop. Next to football pitches. Very good, pretty walking area, able to walk to town, large impressive fort.

Popular spot, get there early! Pleasant environment overlooking boat harbour, on the river, easy pleasant walk to town. Next to public indoor swimming pool. Buy electricity disc from campsite adjacent.

Right in the centre of a lovely small town, right next to the Dom. Very quiet location and just cross the bridge across the Alb river for your nearest restaurants, ice creams and coffees. Paid toilets at the tourist office at the parking. Coaches only seem to visit during the day so very quiet at night.

Busy stellplatz get there early at a busy bus terminus, noisy till late night then quiet enough for town location. Easy walk to Old Town and boat cruises. pay β¬14 for 24hrs at ticket machine.

Stayed overnight in May 2015. Next to main rd, next to the windmill. Easy walk to town.

DEAD END very difficult to turn round if aire is full. I didn't manage to stay here in August 2015 when arriving at 4pm, so if you want to stop here make sure you are early.

Good large site, easy access through car park (not Mc D's) to the back then turn left down driveway. Overhead barriers are not a problem. August 2015

Heaven! Such a beautiful aire, well laid out, no facilities though, but a wonderful quiet overnight stop in an immaculate village with bakery nearby and very convenient to visit nearby medieval Laon.

Good spot for overnight or to wait if there is a queue for the tunnel. Walking distance to visit Courmayeur. Large site and although it's close to the road I had a quiet nights sleep - August 2015, no facilities though.

Visited July 2015. I agree totally with Louise. I did stay overnight although a bit concerned as I was the only motorhome but it was very quiet with no disturbances at all.

Good views over allotments & fields. Good dog walking, jogging & mountain bike routes. Very restful and quiet.

Good clean friendly municipal campsite with lots of shade and free WiFi only available at reception though, walk to town through the park. Stayed here August 2015
Sitecode: 2253
Good quiet site to over night. No facilities. Parking right at the large pretty church/monastery

Excellent shaded site very close to lake, free WiFi, public park between site and lake with toilets and shower - 50cents each, small restaurant too. Lake very shallow here excellent and safe for children and dogs. Bus or cycle to Sirmione old town. A bit expensive but I stayed 5 nights very happily.

Camping site run by hotel and Spa. You can buy you spot to include access to the pools or not - good if you have kids but I found it too noisy and far to many people. That said the camp is relatively quiet during the day when everyone seems to go to the pools. The town is a Km's walk. It is difficult to access to the river.

I went here looking for help to repair the fridge in my BΓΌrstner. They couldn't have been more helpful excellent English. Stayed in their Aire overnight. Although seemingly in the country there was quiet a bit of rd noise, but if you need help with your "van" and a place to stay whilst it's happening then this works well.

Excellent location for swimming in lake Bled, very busy site (June 2015) friendly, helpful staff speaking many languages. The showers were not alway hot. Good walking & cycling path around the lake, approximately 2 hour walk. The site is on the opposite side of the lake to the main town. There is a tourist bus/train to take you around the lake etc.
Sitecode: 11434
Huge National parks site. Good camping in the forest, large good amenities, restaurant, shop & cafe on site. Bus to take you to Plitvic lakes. I went in June when it was not too busy, I can't imagine what it would be like in the height of the season with 1000's of campers.
Sitecode: 27599
Lovely site with basic, good, clean ablutions. friendly owner makes you feel very welcome with a glass of homemaker schnapps or wine. Bus collection service to take you to Plitvic lakes. Bread delivery in am. 200 metre walk to very good inexpensive restaurant
Sitecode: 28513
This is a new campsite so young trees and no shade. That said reception very friendly and helpful. Ablutions are fabulous! Take the nearby train to Zagreb, I drove my motorhome and parking was difficult to find (all day parking at main bus station and train station, easy walk to town or hope on the team)
