From 9-11 April we were at this cp. The cp is quiet, clean, well maintained and offers a good price-performance ratio. The area, an old lignite mine that has been returned to nature, offers good recreational opportunities. Good restaurant within walking distance. In short, this cp is recommended and a good alternative to the now banned cp in Pissos.

We were at this cp from 2-3 April 2025. Upon arrival we asked if we could eat at Maria Kip. The restaurant was open, but we could not eat there when asked 'because of the wind'. The establishment made a somewhat messy, not very flourishing impression. The camper place is quiet, with an impressive view over the reservoir. At night, except for a few passing cars, quiet.

From 24-25 February 2025 we stayed overnight at this new cp for us. The old place has been closed for quite some time. The new cp has a good level of facilities, is affordable and access does not pose any problems. Nevertheless, a few comments: how to place the camper in the spaces without cornering the neighbor is a mystery and the furnishing of the site is missing.

Well, too bad: no longer allowed to stay overnight here. As an alternative we chose Morcenx. Excellent cp on the spot where there used to be a brown coal mine and now a Natura 2000 area.

We regularly visit this cp. Recently, there have been regular guests staying at this cp in a green camper and a white van. They are friendly, a bit alternative and you are not bothered by them or not at all. Only those four stray dogs..... Incidentally, it is mentioned that there would be a (paid) power connection at this cp. Never seen that before!

From 5-6 November 2024 we stayed at this cp. The cp is messy, but the sani works well. Considerable traffic noise, day and night, makes the cp unattractive. Too bad, because the town, still controversial by Portugal and Spain, is worth it.

We stayed at this cp from 18 - 19 November 2024. The cp is well located and quite quiet at night. The facilities work, but having to press the stop button to tap water takes some getting used to. In addition, 1 of the two taps for drinking water does not work. Due to these imperfections, five stars are not achieved

At the end of September 2024 we stayed at this cp for two days. Everything is there, including free shore power. You do need a long cable for shore power. The place is quiet day and night. A good bakery within walking distance. This cp is a very good alternative to St. Pourçain sur Sioule.

October 23, 2024 we arrived at this small cp. Only 1 of the three taps of the sani could be operated without tools, but the water shortage will be responsible for that. For the rest all praise: it looked neat, bakery nearby and quiet day and night. A nice town with friendly residents. Recommended!!

From 24 to 25 October 2024 we stayed overnight at this fairly new (2022) cp. Everything is spacious and looks good. There are 10(!) Schuko connections for free shore power, with no less than 16A! The site, on the edge of the town, has a few trees that still have to grow up. A disadvantage is that you are not allowed to develop camping behavior. But the terraces in the cozy town more than make up for that. In short: a great place.

We visited this CP from March 9-11, 2024. It took some searching. There are no signs pointing to the CP (yet). When we found the entrance, we found a sign telling us to contact us via WhatsApp. That turned out to be impossible. Then just walk onto the grounds. The owner then welcomed us and from that moment on everything went smoothly. The CP is new and everything works perfectly. If the improvement points indicated above are resolved: definitely 5

We were at this CP from April 4-5, 2024. An uninhabited caravan with extension is parked pontifically on the CP. This appears to be semi-permanent in nature, because electricity is supplied from the adjacent building and the water tap and gray water drainage are confiscated. Didn't see Sani for black water. In short, a less attractive campsite in an otherwise pleasant town.

We stayed overnight at this camp from February 11-12, 2024. To raise the barrier, we called for telephone assistance from the manager; It wouldn't have worked without his intervention. The camp is beautifully situated on the water and is quiet at night. The water tap for drinking water refused, but fortunately the tap for flushing the toilet cassette did work. All in all a very nice CP with some imperfections. If these are resolved, the CP will receive 5 stars from us!

We were at this CP from September 4-7, 2023. Upon arrival, all places were occupied. We therefore went to the parking lot adjacent to the CP. It was very busy during the day, but very quiet at night. The Aire de Loisirs is worth a visit! There is a good bakery in the village.

On October 17, 2023 we visited this once attractive camp. We were lucky, the permanent residents had forgotten to occupy a spot.

We stayed here for a few days in mid-October 2023. This CP actually has everything you could wish for. Electricity in two places, a functional sani and......rest. Recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. If you come for the shops in the village, you are out of luck. There aren't any.

We were at this CP from October 16 - 17, 2023. Although there are no signs pointing to the campsite, we were still there with 4 campers. Almost full. The place is well located. If you look over the hedge you can see the Maas valley and the village. A five-minute walk and you are at the bakery in the charming village. Apart from the sound of the tawny owl, it was quiet during the night. We can highly recommend this CP.

We spent the night at this camp from October 2 - 3, 2023. The town is much nicer than the CP suggests. The CP is a bit messy and the garbage bins around the corner are a paradise for (feral) cats. A warning: the water at the sani column is, as the warning sign shows, only suitable for agricultural purposes. It should not be used as drinking water. The CP is very quiet at night.

We were at this CP from September 19-20, 2023. There are now two waste containers on the village side of the CP. The sani did not provide drinking water, but it did provide flushing water for the toilet. We have not tried electricity. The CP was quiet at night. Adjacent businesses caused noise in the morning. Beautiful walking park in the immediate vicinity. CP for 1 night in transit. No more.

We stayed at this campsite from September 8-12, 2023. When we registered, we were kindly received by the manager, who really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. The pitches on the campsite are spacious: at least 100 m2. Fresh water is available at each cluster of pitches, as well as electricity. Otherwise fine, sometimes somewhat dated facilities that are slowly in need of a makeover. All this for an attractive price.

May 21 and 22, 2023 we were on this cp. The facilities are excellent, the view over the fjord is fantastic and you can walk well. We paid € 22 or DKR 19.50. In short, recommended!

We spent the night from 10 - 11 April 2023 at this quiet cp. It is quiet day and night and the place is neatly laid out and maintained. So kudos to the community! The village is worth a walk. A stone's throw from the campsite is a good bakery. Near the cp is a weighbridge that also indicates your weight when you walk over it. Funny!

From April 11-12, 2023 we spent the night at this cp next to the wine farm. Beautiful, day and night quiet places, which are even equipped with water and shore power. Our electricity was cut off at the beginning of the night. The area, cradle of the Chablis, is worth seeing. All in all a place we can recommend.

We spent 2 nights (8-10 April 2023) on this excellent cp. The place is quiet, no traffic noise, even during the day, and the town is easily accessible. The good location and surroundings compensate for the lack of a discharge point for toilet and gray water. NB THE CP IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SOUTH DIRECTION VIA RUE VICTOR HUGO. USE THE RUE BARBACANE OR THE RUE DES AMANDIERS TO AVOID A JOURNEY THROUGH Narrow STREETS!

From 14 - 15 February 2023 we spent the night at this cp. The cp is well equipped, new and well maintained. The leveled pitches are striking. Class! The village with a large church, is worth a tour. There is a café and there are no fewer than 2 bakeries, one of which opens at 10:00 am. is open.

From 13 - 14 February 2023 we visited this cp. We have been coming there for several years, because the cp is well located, quiet and with good facilities nearby. A visit to the local cave is recommended. Where can you find a good glass of wine for €1. We always feel safe on this cp.

From 11 - 12 February 2023 we were on this exemplary cp. Nothing but praise for this cp for the municipality! Incidentally, I know that there are campers who make a mess of a good cp. But the local youth can also benefit from it. I heard from a fellow camper who visits the place regularly that the local youth had recently destroyed the toilet bowls and urinals. Tribute to the municipality for restoring this so beautifully!

From 12-13 February 2023 we were on this cp, next to the tennis court. There we had little trouble with traffic noise. The cp has a somewhat dilapidated sani, which, contrary to what was announced, also worked without tokens. The village is also a bit dated. Traffic predominates. There is a bakery and a supermarket. And ...... a pizza machine, which delivered quite a tasty pizza. The night was quiet. Road traffic from 06:30 h. audible.

We stayed at this cp from November 11-12, 2022. The view of this cp and the tranquility are pluses. Besides a garbage can, there are no facilities. Ramps are necessary to stand up a bit. We did not use the sani at the campsite. The campsite was closed. A cycling or walking tour along the Maas is recommended. Interesting were the cases of beaver feeding that we saw.

From November 9-11, 2022 we stayed at this cp. Nothing but praise for this cp. Contrary to the listing in the app, water is free. The sani is not furnished in such a way that you can pay. A bike ride along the Marne side canal in a northerly direction is recommended.

We stayed at this motorhome from 12-13 November 2022. The place is quiet, well lit and equipped. Although you have to pay for water, there is a cemetery nearby. Within sight distance in Givet is a shopping center and within walking distance an excellent bakery. The Nichet Caves are closed at the end of September. The view from the motorhome is very worthwhile. Recommended!

We stayed at this great cp from September 26 - 28, 2022. We demystified the payment app, which refuses Dutch zip codes. If you first fill in the question from which country you come from (Pays Bas) then you can continue in the app and pay for this beautiful place

We visited Monteagudo on October 14, 2022. The town, with more houses than inhabitants (67 souls), makes a well-maintained impression; nice to walk through. Nice idea to designate 10 places in the village where you can spend the night. But ...... then your camper should not be larger than, for example, a VW bus. At the location near the tennis court you can stay with a larger camper, but that is the least nice place in the village.

Site is closed.

We stayed at this cp from April 14-15, 2022. The cp is not accessible through the village for a camper wider than approximately 1.90 meters. You have to detour. That road is signposted; not the way back. The CP is well equipped and clean. (Squat) Toilets on the adjacent sports field. The man who comes to collect money in the evening is very friendly and willing to show you the way. Special: you will also be welcomed in Latin on the information board!

We stayed there from 12-13 April 2022. The cp consists of three mixed car parks. There were quite a few Spanish campers parked. The furthest area is the domain of scrap cars and a retired camper. We stayed overnight in the middle area. Some traffic noise during the day and noises from passing trains. At night it was quiet. The sami station is exemplary. The town is well worth a visit.

From April 11-12, 2022 we were on this paved cp. The basic facilities are excellent: water, gray water and cassette discharge. The place is quiet day and night. The village has many features, including arcades, beautiful squares and a remarkable church from the 13th century. You can enjoy a nice walk. Recommended!

Beautiful, quiet place, which is still easily accessible. Well-functioning facilities. Although the town is a bit of a walk through a cold tunnel, it is still worth it. The site of the CP is somewhat messy. Campers longer than 6 or 7 meters must occupy several places. Pizzas can be delivered to the camper via telepizza.

We stayed on this cp from April 6-8, 2022. The cp near a two thousand year old reservoir is very quiet, has a beautiful view, but except for garbage cans and sometimes a beautiful starry sky, no facilities. We saw many birds, including griffon vultures. The CP is quiet day and night. At night, paths are dimly lit. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and space.

Coming from the Embalse de Proserpina, we visited this cp on April 8, 2022. We did not stay overnight, but we did use all the facilities. Those are fine! In the village there is a small supermarket with fresh bread. The CP is new, well maintained and close to the highway, but the noise was not too bad. Recommended!.

We have been visiting this campsite for about ten years now. This is also the case this year around mid-February. It's a good campsite, but some caveats: - In recent years, considerable savings have been made on maintenance. - The number of permanent places increases every year. That's not a bad thing, but there are quite a few structures that wouldn't look out of place in a slum. That brings the level of the campsite down.

We visited this cp on November 21, 2021. The cp is beautifully situated and is quiet day and night. The sani column even offers electricity for 1 camper. The water supply to the sani column did not work, no matter what buttons you pressed. The toilet on the CP was neat. Partly because of the nice village we can heartily recommend this cp. After a walk in the village, take it upon yourself to come back one more time.

We stayed at this cp from 20-21 November 2021. The cp was clean and quiet. The sani only works if you press the green button above it: "Appuyer sur le bouton pour la distribution d'eau". The tap for flushing the cassette toilet was defective. The CP was quiet day and night. Shops at about 10 min. walk. good cp

We stayed at this beautiful cp from October 27-29, 2021. The facilities, including the toilets behind the bougainvillea, are spotless. Quiet day and night. Tip: tap water is very good, with no aftertaste. A big thumbs up to the community.

Both left and right of the bridge, a prohibition sign indicates that campers are not allowed to stand there. We were warned that the GNR monitors closely. So say goodbye to this motorhome.

Great motorhome. The number of places has now been increased to 9. The new place is directly behind the wall. There is a socket for shore power. The cp is usually quiet, but on weekends loud music is possible until the small hours. When it stops you will be woken up by the passing cars. Still a good CP. Bakery nearby on Carretera de Badajoz opposite No. 9. From the outside it is not visible that there is a bakery shop.

We visited this place out of curiosity and did not stay overnight The CP is brand new, neatly cared for and even offers shore power on 1 socket. 10 places. No shadow yet. Supermarket close by. Puebla is a nice place.

We spent the night at this dusty place from October 19 to 20, 2021. The motorhome has unexpectedly many dumps for the toilet cassette. Almost at every pitch, with associated crane. You must therefore use that tap for rinsing the cassette and for water intake. Terraces make the camp cozy. The nearby main road makes the cp less quiet during the day, but also at night. But: there are worse places imaginable.

We were on this cp 18 and 19 October 2021. Nothing but praise about the motorhome: beautiful, clean and shore power for € 0.0. A big thumbs up to the community. We were alone on the cp but felt safe. During the day some traffic passed by; the nearby motorway creates background noise day and night. The village is not really attractive, but it does have a good bakery with local specialties.

We were at this beautiful place from October 15-17, 2021. We fully endorse Lighthouse's comment. Nowadays you have to pay for the stay at the CP. That is absolutely no obstacle. The obstacle is however formed by the app required for payment. If you want to pay you have to provide your phone number. No objection, but a foreign phone number is refused by the app. So end of exercise.

Neat location with enough space. Friendly service and diesel price. We visited the location on October 15, 2021

We stayed there October 14-15, 2021. Neat, clean location that was fairly quiet during the day and completely quiet at night. Mercadona, bakery and laundromat a few steps away. Ideal location for foraging and doing laundry. At Gasexpress, Carretera de San Julian 83, you can discharge gray water and refuel cheaply.

If you are looking for a motorhome with a vibrant nightlife, you should not stay here. If you want to enjoy a panoramic landscape from your bed in the morning, this is the right place. You will find plenty of space, silence and a fabulous view on this motorhome site. We were there in mid-October 2021. The nearby ermitage (hermit's trap) is worth a visit. The bar in the village serves a nice beer for € 1. Recommended

We visited this place at the end of September 2021. It was quiet there; any traffic noise. The motorhome is well equipped and is beautiful. The discharge area for black and gray water is a bit of a search, but there is a sign at the large it, which separates the motorhome from the shed behind. Before the hedge, turn left. At the end of the hedge is a kind of column where you can empty the cassette, etc. You cannot go there with the camper.

We spent the night at this cp from September 27-28, 2021. Late in the evening there were 6 campers, but it was remarkably quiet in the evening and at night. The town is beautiful and worth a visit; the surroundings, beautiful views, too. The motorhome has no facilities except for trash cans.

We stayed overnight on this cp from February 29 to March 1, 2020. The cp is clean and quiet with a fantastic view, especially from the tower. During the day, the toilets are clean and open. The parking lot is too sloping to stand comfortably on it. A little further to the lake you are better. Recommended!

We stayed on this cp from 11-12 March 2020. The cp is large. We were on the side of the pool. During the day it is quiet, but around 9:00 am the children are brought to school and then it is a coming and going of cars on the property. Remarkably quiet at night. Waste containers are outside the site. The town is definitely worth a visit. Plenty of picturesque spots.

We were there on Sept. 23. 2019. Uninviting site directly along the TransCanada Hwy 1, resulting in traffic noise. The site is adjacent to a parking lot from where shuttle buses run to Lake Louise. We drove on to Banff.

CP closed due to renovation until 2020.

We visited this CP on Sept. 16. 2019 and spent the night there. Very friendly welcome. The CP is quiet, but is a bit disappointing for Can $ 42. No sani, but limited power (max. Approx. 1,500 W, so no air conditioning or electric heating) and water in every place. Internet for a fee Can $ 5 with a limited number of MB. Horses are kept at the CP and you can smell it quite well. Muddy. Not recommended.

From Sept. 12-14. 2019 we stayed at this CP. In the middle of nature, by a river. Enough toilets (without flushing) and enough water taps. Lots of places with a table with couch and every place has an opportunity to build a campfire. And all for (almost) nothing. Recommended!

We spent the night on this CP from 11-12 Sept. 2019. Welcome to this simple CP. Rest during the day limited by gunshots at the nearby shooting range and reversing trucks on site opposite the CP. Very quiet at night. Walk to the river is recommended. Shopping center with sani at approx. 5 km. distance.

We were there on Sept. 12. 2019. Simple sani on parking lot of shopping center in Squamish, opposite Dollarama store, Glenalder Place. Next to the sani a water tap with hose connection. Everything worked great. Sani was visited a lot.

We wanted to be in Estaires on March 28, 2019, but this cp was full. So it became Richebourg. We have not regretted it: new, well-kept quiet motorhome, in the middle of historical (WW I) heritage. In the village is a baker, hard to find, therefore the GPS location: N 50.57634 O 002.73998

The CP is very small and is open and exposed to an intersection of roads. We found the CP unattractive and drove on to St. Denis les Points.

The camper place itself has been refurbished and well lit. Very quiet day and especially at night. We stood alone, but absolutely no unsafe feeling. The somewhat decaying sani tried out, without result. Jeton à € 3 lost. That's why we bought water in Bonneval.

After a visit to the Valley of the Fallen, we visited this CP in the weekend of 23-24 March 2019. All places were occupied early in the afternoon. The CP is nice and the playing area behind it looks neat. The facilities, including electricity, are good. The traffic noise in the night was disappointing. A moment of silence and then another car passed; all night.

Addition: CP is best approachable from the Avila direction. From the direction of Mijares you can't do with a camper that is larger than a VW van.

We stayed overnight at this CP from 22-23 March 2019. Very nice, new and well-equipped CP. Nice and quiet during the day and at night. Quiet village with many recreational houses. Many possibilities for walks. We will definitely come back again.

We spent the night on this from 21 - 22 March 2019. The CP has everything except electricity. The city center is within walking distance, but eg Badajoz is much nicer. The major problem with this CP is the traffic noise. Passing trucks wake you up a few times a night. The traffic at 06:00 h. does not make sleeping peacefully possible. Maybe it's a bit quieter at the weekend.

We stood on this excellent cp from 5 - 6 February 2019. Despite the cold, the free sani worked fine. Everything is well marked. Kudos to the municipality. Regular agricultural traffic is over during the day. In the late evening you can hear traffic on the nearby motorway. Nice village to take a walk. Recommended cp.

We spent the night in Marbouė from 3 to 4 February 2019. The toilet and water tap were closed due to the frost. From 16:00 h. all places were quickly occupied. Until the evening you heard traffic on the road going past the motorhome. Later it became quiet. Traffic on the N10 you heard occasionally. The night was quiet. A visit to the bakery is recommended.

We were there 22 - 23 October 2018. We share the conclusions of previous reviewers. However, in the parking lot, 150 meters from the cp, there are several waste containers. Just run.

We were there from 20 - 22 October 2018. The campsite has recently been refurbished and now offers a lot for relatively little money. Friendly manager and the campsite is calm day and night. The town is easy to reach and really worth it. Near the campsite you can also walk well. Recommended!

We stayed there from 16 - 17 October 2018. There is little left of the facilities on the cp. You can empty your toilet and empty gray water. Water is closed, lighting and power connections too. Restaurant is permanently closed. The beautiful park was cut down by wild boar. During the day you can hear traffic on the nearby N 521; at night the place is wonderfully quiet. Beautiful surroundings.

We were there on October 16, 2018. New cp with indeed places on the short side. Campers longer than 7 meters are in the way. Amenities and location good. Obvious downside is the noise from the nearby main road. We therefore drove through.

We were there on September 26, 2018. Large parking lot with ample space. No drinking water, but waste container in the immediate vicinity. The great charm is located in the town itself. We have walked around with pleasure. The cp is well lit and sufficiently quiet at night. Bakers in the vicinity, but bread not before 9 am.

We were there on September 26, 2018. We saw an almost empty commercial building of a kayak club. There is a reception, but nobody was there. Neglected and somewhat dreary place without facilities in the middle of nowhere. Place can be better deleted from the file.

We were there on September 26, 2018. The place offers no shadow and runs so crooked that you need blocks. The sani is of a somewhat unusual model and leaks when you empty the cassette. The water was free. We drove on.

We stayed there on September 26, 2018. The cp has no facilities, but the view is unparalleled. The nearby road is not really busy. A single car passes by at night. We were 2 campers. No unsafe feeling. Hikers with a dog: think about the tangles!

We were on this CP from 24 - 25 September 2018. Large mix-parking with separate section for campers. Shadow, but no TV reception. Sani made a somewhat tired look, but he did work. Watch out that you do not drive a wheel in the pit! Place was quiet at night; less during the day. You can refuel very cheap at El Campo, about 1. km. from the cp.

From 20 sept 2018 we were in this fantastic place for a few days. Good, clean facilities and quiet day and night. Coming from the north, the place is difficult to notice. No problem from the south.

We were from 18-19 sept. 2018 on this site. Last year also in September. Even then the machine was broken, so no electricity and water. For the rest, the place is pretty good. Easy to do during the day and at night. The cozy town within walking distance. A drink on the boulevard covered by plane trees in the heart of the city is recommended.

We were at the campsite from 9-10 September 2018. Friendly reception after 16:00 h. Campsite has some overdue maintenance and an emergency exit in the toilet block was closed. Free wifi, very good reception on the forecourt. Day and night traffic noise from the adjacent N74.

We spent the night here from 30 March to 1 April 2018 in the snow. The cp is a must if you want to visit the sanctuaries and experience the pilgrim sphere. The toilet in the parking lot has been demolished. You can use the toilets opposite the church. Further on a water tap at the back of the Pelgrimhotel and a dirt container after, no facilities. Supermarket at 2 km. inland.

We spent the night in Viana from 29 - 30 October 2018. Well maintained modern cp on the edge of the city, near sports center, playground and walking area. Good sani. Day and night quiet. The town is about 1.5 km. distance. This cp is a short distance from the busy Logroño.

We visited this cp on February 12, 2018. It was a surprise. The place is modern, well-appointed and all eight pitches are even supplied with electricity. A walk through the town is recommended. The Moorish fortress Alcazaba is definitely worth a visit. Place is quiet, but you have to be on time, otherwise all Spaniards are ahead of you.

We visited this place on February 4, 2018 and stayed overnight. Great place with electricity for five campers. Where do you find that for a free CP? The toilet had a winter stop. The sanistation is easily accessible and the crane worked. The drain for the chemical toilet was frozen. Quiet at night, though you can hear the TGV occasionally passing by. Recommended place in a nice town.

We were there on October 15, 2017. Due to the many loose goats and the accompanying flies, we traveled further to Almeida.

We were there from 22 to 27 September 2017. The road to Spain, closed for half a year due to a landslide, has been reopened since the end of July 2017. Fantastic cp with good amenities, nice restaurants and a rich history. Day and night quiet.

We were there 20 - 21 October 2017. Nice, quiet place with sanizuil and a clean toilet. Strikingly well cared for. The rest is only interrupted by the fish in the pond that occasionally take a look above the water. At night it is dead quiet. Recommended!

We stayed from 17th to 18th of October 2017 on this cp. The cp is located in a walking area, on an impressive long chestnut lane. Everything is well looked after. The toilet building is a little bit smaller. Close to the cp is an abandoned station network. The town, with a medieval structure, requires a walk. The CP is quiet and quiet. Recommended.

We stayed there from 15-16 October 2017. Quiet, perfectly maintained place at the fire brigade. The fortified town is a few minutes walk away. Cross the road and follow the road. Just in front of the city gate, in a slightly lowered area, you will find brandy toilets. A walk over the fortress walls is a must. Cp is quiet day and night.

We were there 21-22 September 2017. Nice, well-groomed mix park with excellent sani. Cp is located on a cozy boulevard with further terraces. Mercadona within walking distance. During the day and at night quiet. Recommended.

We were there on September 21, 2017. Parking at the supermarket EROSKI. Little inspiring cp with good sani. During the day noisy and constantly coming and going vehicles for the supermarket. Have just moved to Campillos.

We stayed there from 15th to 16th September 2017. What neglected cp. On the side of the sani is a coin machine, but what it serves is not really clear. You are in the middle of the citrus gardens. Nice village with great bakery.

We were on this cp in April 2016 and from 14 - 15 Sept. 2017. Beautiful CP, improved over last year, by placing a toilet building with free showers (cold) and WCs and sinks. Spotless! The good equipment of this cp and the beautiful environment make this cp a very special one. Class and a big plume for the municipality.

We were on this fine CP from 12 to 14 September 2017. The cp is new, well maintained and is located on the edge of a wooded area with hiking trails. During the day, it's quiet, occasionally, a dog sledder carries his car. At night the cp is very quiet. We were on the cp only. Occasionally, the police passed. Shops within walking distance

We were there from 24th to 25th of June 2017. Spacious campsite in a nice location. Walls toilets (clean!) But no water or waste facilities. Sufficient garbage bins. Downside: Bad GSM reception; For WiFi, a text message must be sent to a German connection. Only works if you have a German SIM card.

We were there 23-24 June 2017. Beautiful, quietly located cp on the edge of a large nature reserve, where you can walk and pick blueberries. On the premises itself are on a bench and a trash can, no amenities. Satellite reception on the side of the adjacent swimming pool possible. Sani at 100 meters.

We were there from 16th to 18th of June 2017 and enjoyed the formidable view and the silence of the night. The view also attracts many day people and coaches during the daytime. Then it's less calm. Good hiking and cycling possibilities. The toilet is clean and well-kept. No water tap.

We were there on June 18, 2017. Well-equipped place with literally everything, even free walks! One important thing lacks the place: rest. A busy road is 5 meters from your camper and in the area behind the train station there are a large number of dirt containers as a triage station, with corresponding car traffic. Because of the lack of rest we have gone through.

We were there from 15th - 16th of June 2017. The place is formidable, because of the peace and the view. Indeed, we found a sign that you have to pay for this camperplace. However, we did not see anyone who was burdened with it. There is a Swing with a caravan all season; free. On the camper is a two-seater latrine. Not to use due to dirt and smell.

We were there from 12 to 14 June 2017. Friendly welcome; Well-kept camping. The Dutch owners are busy bringing the campsite up to date. We would like to come back to enjoy the peace, the nearby lake and nature.

We were there on 10 and 12 June 2017. You can think of LPG. For this, the so-called Italian nipple is needed. In addition, you can discharge gray and black water and refuel free water. The amenities look clean and new. What we could not find was a dirt container. Provision is on the edge of Kalmar and therefore favorable if you go to Öland.

Furthermore, no amenities. The location of the camperplace at the sea, the silence, the flowers and the possibility of walking make the place attractive. An older couple will raise the money and clean the latrine.

We were here on June 10, 2017. Excellent facilities, clean and free. There are even two power connections. Recommended!

We were 23 -24 March 2017 Great place where you can walk nicely. Quiet. fill water at the sani station costs 2 Eur and inadvisable. The system is leaking on all sides. Toilet is pretty schhoon.

We were there in October 2016 and 20 - 21 March 2017 Nice place, under the plane trees. Toilet was last October closed for works. You can not use it, but that's all it said. The camp is during the day and quiet at night. Shops within walking distance.

We were there on March 20, 2017. The bar / shop was closed; electricity was disconnected. Place is very close to the main road, with quite some traffic. Due to the lack of services drove to Houeillès, 20 km. away.

We were there from 8 - 9 March 2017, because you can not stay on the beach of Amoreira. The cp, behind the mercado municipal, is quiet, the lights at night contributes to safety. Toilets, clean and even toilet paper, are worth a mention. A visit to the old town and the castle is a must. Intermarché within walking distance and cafés around the corner.

Quiet motorhome. All the taps were closed because of the frost. Nice town and evening and quiet at night. We also saw the sheep with a shepherd busy phoning .....

We spent the night on this cp 13 -14 Feb. 2017. Great location, quiet at night and little traffic. During the day some traffic roundabout close and you can hear the train. Baker, butcher and supermarket on the square. Nice place for a walk along the river. A place to come back.

We were here from 20th - October 21, 2016. The place is not marked, but serviceable. Make some neglected impression. After thorough search was a water tap and two urinals present under the roof. Electricity and all the lights went out, even electrical outlets, so there is electricity. Place is nice and quiet. You're there in fifteen minutes through. During the day and at night very quiet.

We were there on 19 - 20 October 2016. Beautiful place, great views and the access road is not too bad for a motor of 7 meters. The castle and the village around it are worth more than worth it. There is a good restaurant with a Dutch owner. Recommended! The sani column on the CP was "en panne", therefore a slightly lower rating of the CP.

We were here on 18 -19 October 2016. Good, indeed some sloping site, but with blocks doable. Excellent facilities, clean toilets. Nice place with nice castle, annex Mairie, with fantastic views. Baker almost around the corner .. At night very quiet. Nice walk to the river as possible.

We were there on 12-13 October 2016. Extensive grounds for up to 100 campers. Sani Station with cassette toilet and water. On the grounds scattered six taps. Lavatory open during market then closed. Nice place, well worth the effort to walk a couple of hours. Night quiet. No lights.

We were here from 22- September 23, 2016. Good cp with working facilities that are well maintained. Makes fresh impression. Stunning views over the river. In the village several clean public toilets. Nice trails and nice beach.

We were here from 19-20 September. 2016. We are not quite drove up, but remain on the parking lot at the entrance. There is lighting, a water tap and standing bins. Quiet and very nice. The castle and the 60 (!), Partly in use, grain cottages are very worthwhile. Recommended.

Unique place in modernized market. Partly covered. Nice acoustics. Go and stand in the middle and stomp on the ground! The CP has a sani station and a (clean) toilet, which is not illuminated at night. Furthermore, the CP has a large barbecue and you can, sitting at long tables, eating. In the night the place is very quiet. Daytime driving sometimes a few cars along. Recommended!

Spacious cp with small sani station, flush with just one tap for both fresh water and cassette. In the night very quiet. Town is definitely worth it to walk for an hour. Mercadona supermarket 5 minutes away.. Because of the beautiful views of the CP is this worth it. We were here from 16-17 September. 2016.

Admittedly, the first impression is moderate, not suitable for a rendezvous with your new girlfriend. But, on a toilet and electricity after there is really everything and the town of Astorga's worth. We were here 14 - September 16, 2016.

We were here on Sept. 6. 2016. Places are not clearly marked. Inquire at the Mairie learned that you can stand at the church. Not very attractive. Toilet building nearby. Besides bins are the only facilities. For a night might be acceptable, but for the rest you better drive Plesse, 30 km away.

A little further on is a large lawn. Then you stand grandiose. During the day you can hear the sound of the nearby road. Evening calm. Village is very close and the lake.

We were here on 25 -26 April 2016. You can well stand on a paved five spots. The CP does somewhat neglected, but the quiet and charming town much good. Satellite reception is not possible because of the trees. The sani column operates solely on a credit card.

We were here the 24 - March 26, 2016, during Semana Santa. The motorhome was during midday overvol.De facilities are sparse. A garbage container is missing. But there is a clean toilet in a wooden structure near the exercise machines. Night quiet cp. The old town is very worthwhile. The park at the cp there too.

Beautiful, quiet place. We were here from 20 - March 21, 2016. Any traffic due to work in the center of the village which traffic was diverted. Good place for hiking. Sani across the road. Supermarkets at about 1.5 km. ri. Chateaudun. Cheap diesel pump.

We were here from 21- March 22, 2016. Great place. We paid € 2 and with some patience worked the machine with cash. Our credit card was declined. Maestro cards do not like the machine. The CP has a lot of amenities but no power. Well a sani, with unlimited water and two toilets with even toilet paper. And that € 2! In the village even Horticultural laundromat within walking distance.

Because cp Valladolid was full, we have migrated to Ampudia. We were here from 22 - March 24 2016 Excellent choice! Nice town and a nice cp, lighted, paved and with Sani. Bakery within walking distance, but not before 09:00 h. open. At night very quiet and morning plenty of space to walk the dog. Without may also .....

We were here from 17-24 sept.'15. Easily accessible motorhome, partially paved access road. The welcome is warm. You get a personal tour and all facilities are displayed. Toilets spotless. In the area you can take lovely walks. Sublime views over the sea and evening Portimao. Despite € 12.50 pd very good price / quality!

We were here from 12 to 13 October 2015. Large parking area, partly paved, partly muddy after rain. No lights. Intermarché adjoining car park. The car park is large, there can surely 100 Camping. Land is also used by trucks, which sometimes early start in the morning. At night, otherwise quiet.

After the good experience with the park of the same owner in Silves, we tried this park on October 5, 2015. The manager is not allowed us to make a choice of a place. We only they left because the man was not talking. Too bad, because the park looked well cared for.

We were here on 25-28 September 2015. Great place. Very helpful manager, for whom no request is too difficult. The only disadvantage: the neighboring municipality wharf; from 04:00 h. morning the garbage trucks are started, while a roar and rage then weg.Dat last until approximately 06:00 h.

We paid € 10, - to the harbor master at the fish stall. Power was not possible, all connections should be occupied. That turned out not to be so. Key to the toilet was not available. Ca. Five sites were available. At night quietly, but in the early morning left the fishing boats. The village is not much to do. The nearby campground is closed.

Elvas is indeed a wonderful town with many attractions. But the motorhome at the Intermarché is very far to walk into town. The motorhome park on site at the Intermarché consisted only of a mark for campers. We found it very unattractive and quickly drove to Terrugem.

Beautiful, quiet place, but no amenities, dirty containers after. The magnificent view over the lake makes this place worthwhile. Supermarket was (permanently?) Closed. At 09: 00h. The baker comes by on the square in front of the church. Just take place at the residents there waiting in the hand with plastic bags. The village has a public toilet next to the village hall.
