We have stayed here several times, sometimes for a night, on our way to… But also for a week. Wonderful no-nonsense camping: there are spacious places around a large field, you can, if it is not too dry, make a nice fire in an old washing machine drum in the evening, wood for a fee. Furthermore, there is a nice café-restaurant in the village and the area on the border with Belgium is beautiful for cycling and getting a nice beer at the Achelse Kluis.

We slept well here, for a good price of €17.50 including electricity. No more stars because the surface was muddy, fortunately not soft because of driving away.

Please note that these places will be closed from October 23, 2023 to January 26, 2024! Alternative of three temporary locations, Leeghwaterpark 1, Purmerend, parking lot near the swimming pool.

what a nice place with a beautiful view, wonderfully hospitable owners who also provide delicious meals! in short, a nice place!

great campsite, no modern sanitary facilities but clean. luckily we had another place with such, but there are very few. The terrain is full of very high plane trees, I would say thin out quite a bit!

now the motorhome was open and a lovely place, with one drawback: they have peacocks there and they sometimes scream for hours on end, even at night

Really a place to spend the night alone, completely devoid of atmosphere and a lot of noise from young people. Clean, easily accessible and with amenities and free!

Still free, apparently the equipment can't be connected or anything, but I would have been happy to pay a reasonable amount for this beautiful place, right on a Via Verde to Santa Domingo de la Calzade (15 km) and further afield if you like! very worthwhile.

I would like to agree with previous writers: top organised, bread at half past eight, beautifully clean sanitary facilities. I haven't had such a nice shower the whole trip, and without extra payment!! Compliments, €15 including electricity.

pleasant reception, great price of €10 without electricity and extensive service coverage. clean toilets, did not use shower. beach through decline, village was unfortunately still in 'hibernation'. Excellent overnight accommodation on gravelly dry terrain, nice because of the heavy rain.

New (renewed?) motorhome, trees are nothing but paved everywhere with gravel. The bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) is almost ready. unfortunately still? no WiFi, but potentially great place close to the center! Helpful owner using Google Translate.

nice real campsite, large pitches with sufficient or a lot of shade. Large swimming pool and not very modern but reasonably clean sanitary facilities. nice by bike to Uzes and even over the 'Voie Verte' to the Pont du Gard, a total of 50 km but with little difference in height, so easy to do.

response to review of burstneri532: I asked the campsite owner and he states that he is NOT aware of it. then I wonder if it is true! so we went there anyway, nice place, quite a lot of traffic and sometimes a jet fighter, but no further comments.
