We were at the campsite for half an hour when we discovered that the sanitary facilities were unfortunately out of order. The owner refunded us promptly, without asking, after we had already left. The website might have misread the information, stating that the sanitary facilities are still unavailable in winter, even after a frost, not just during the frost. We thought the refund was very reasonable, so we still gave it 5 stars! We'd love to come back.

During our walk, we received a polite call from a campsite employee. Reception closes at 2:00 PM, but that wasn't a problem because she gave us excellent instructions on how to get to the campsite. She told us where to find the envelope with the barrier key and other information about the campsite. If we couldn't figure it out, we were always welcome to call. Really nice, great service!

29/05 to 01/06/25 Campsite spaciously laid out nicely divided spacious places. Everything was full. The sanitary facilities were unfortunately not clean, too little and too minimally cleaned. Two large sanitary facilities, both for mixed use (separate for men and women is better). Hot water (shower/dishes) via dongle every 2 min, not convenient. Bistro has a small menu. Reservations are necessary due to limited kitchen capacity. Wifi bad, too bad because mobile is also bad.

what a green oasis near (walking distance) the beautiful city center of Freiburg the places are spacious enough, and the camping is nicely laid out. there are very large trees the sanitary facilities are neat, well maintained and are kept very clean next to the camping is a restaurant that serves traditional dishes and when the weather is nice there is a large beer garden

we were here from 25 to 27/05/2025, nice spacious campsite with lots of greenery 2 sanitary buildings, the oldest of which could do with an update, the new building on the other hand had very basic sanitary facilities (without a toilet seat) and we thought that was a bit of a shame. the sanitary facilities were very clean and well maintained nice swimming pool and there are also many beautiful walks to make directly from the campsite

What a lovely campsite! We spent 3 nights here the last few days with a couple of friends. There are lovely spacious pitches here, on a park-like campsite with lots of variety in trees and bushes. This campsite is beautifully laid out and there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity. The sanitary facilities are spacious, new and clean, there are separate kitchens and washrooms. We will definitely come back!

We stayed here for 2 nights, were allowed to choose our own spot upon arrival. The campsite is well maintained and the beautiful sanitary facilities are very clean. There is free wifi available and the shops are about 500 meters away. There are many opportunities for walking and cycling in the area and upon arrival we received some handy brochures with nice ideas.

Very nice place that is becoming more and more fun. On a former army base of the GDR, they are working hard to convert the entire complex into a complete campsite with all facilities. The sanitary facilities are very nice and recently installed, the shower works with € 2 coins. On the camping field you can find a spot yourself and electricity is via € 1 coins, which we find a bit inconvenient. Nice owner who came to have a chat.

Unfortunately the website does not mention that this campsite is closed in the winter, the impression was given that it would be open all year round, we were there but everything was closed and also on site it was not mentioned when the campsite would open. Fortunately we found a very nice campsite a little further and even closer to the centre; ‘an der Rügenbrücke’

we were here from 29 to 30 December 2024, what a beautiful place! spacious places that are reasonably flat and well paved, all with beautiful views, at the back you have to pull over to make the turn but there is enough space and wonderfully quiet very nice central area and sanitary facilities, we immediately felt at home, the shower was great! unfortunately we did not see the owners but checking in and out by phone went fine we will definitely come back!

we were here from 28 to 29 December 2024 the camper spots are very nicely located not far from the entrance electricity is available at every spot and via a central meter you can buy kWh with coins, which is fine in itself but it would be more convenient to pay for consumption afterwards next to the camper spots is the nice restaurant where we sat for a while the sanitary building is on the other side next to the camper spot, where the cassette dump is also

nice basic camper place, we were here from 27 to 28 December 2024 the sanitary facilities can be found after a short walk in the farm, the water jet of the shower was sufficient but could have been a bit better we had a very relaxing stay and definitely recommended

we stayed here last weekend for 2 nights with the camper. It is a beautiful complete campsite in a great location that offers many possibilities for walking and cycling. Sanitary facilities are quite new and neat, a big plus we also found the cozy bistro for dinner and lunch, just open despite the quiet period! We would like to come back here again with slightly nicer weather 😎

Neat camper place with nice spacious and partly paved places. The sanitary building is small but complete and neat. We stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed the peace.

Not to be surpassed! What a fantastic campsite and what passion Annette and Taco radiate! in all areas; service, hygiene, appearance, location, and whatever you want, 5 stars!! Highly recommended, feel free to drive 100 km to this campsite because it will not disappoint you! We enjoyed the beautiful spot we got and all the beautiful flowers and plants on the site, fantastic.

Quiet campsite of Dutch owners. The first day we were given a rather slanted spot, but we were able to get another spot without any problems. We were sorry that there were no midsommar activities. Sanitary facilities were okay, no nice jet from the showers and with a push button so always fairly short. No soap at the sinks with hot water and no towels or a good dryer (1 moderate blower in the room) We really enjoyed it here!

We experienced this campsite as very good. The location is beautiful, the pitches are very spacious and the facilities are very complete. The sanitary facilities are very neat and the staff are all very friendly. We ended up here on the way back home and had planned to stay 1 night, but we extended 1 night anyway because it was wonderful here. Get delicious fresh sandwiches and delicious food in the restaurant! See you next time!
