Very convenient location in Venice (1 km on a road with no sidewalk to reach the bus or tram to the center). The place would be nice if it were managed carefully. The pitches are large but dirty and poorly marked. The bathrooms are unsightly. There's only hot water in the shower, which, according to local health authority regulations, shouldn't be the case. The bathrooms are extremely dirty at all hours; I stopped my daughter from using them. They could charge €28 a day if everything were well-kept.

Conveniently located in the center (it's a shame about the sidewalk and the parking along the road, which makes it difficult, especially with children or strollers). The parking lot is new, with no shade. The best part is that you can easily camp with tables and deck chairs, an extended step, and a tent down. Basically, you can make it as if it were a campsite.
