This is a very dated and messy campsite. The state of the sanitary facilities, which were clean, doesn't justify the overnight rate (€36.50 for a campervan and two people) in our opinion. The worst part was the hole in the ground, through a broken toilet bowl, for emptying the chemical toilet. What a mess and stench. Absolutely disgusting. The rates listed on CamperContact are completely inaccurate. The ACSI discount card is not valid here.

Great campervan site with good facilities. It's a fifteen-minute walk through the woods to the castle. The restaurant is highly recommended, but when we were there, it closed at 5 p.m.

We only see positive reviews. No wonder. This is a perfect campervan site. Spacious pitches, very nice and clean restrooms, easy check-in and check-out, hospitable owners, a cozy living room, and you can also enjoy cycling in the surrounding area.

Great place for 1 night. No shower, no toilet. No problem, but don't put it in the description. Without sanitary facilities, CP is not worth the price. Along the Saône it is beautiful to walk. Also with the dog.

Simple campsite with all the trimmings. The café/restaurant is also a popular meeting place for locals. Cozy. They know how to treat guests pamper yourself, we had a delicious meal there. We had a bad encounter with Weergors, so we didn't get much of the surroundings.

Neat campsite. Is a seasonal campsite with mainly permanent pitches for caravans. Open this year on March 27, this is different from what the app shows. We came on March 26, but were already welcome. The beach is within walking distance and very beautiful. Didn't get any further than that due to storm and rain.

A campsite with all the trimmings. There is a nice patch of grass at every spot, but not mowed. The park is large with plenty of places where you can walk your dog freely.

Beautiful place, near the pleasant village of Burgau and the beach. It is a camper place, with new operators. They are very hospitable. You have electricity and sanitary facilities. Quite luxurious for a camper spot. The sanitary facilities are simple, but clean. Showering is a challenge. The balance between hot and cold was difficult to find. Hooks to hang something were missing. But that will be a matter of time.

What a nice campsite. you have everything for very little money. Blocks are not an unnecessary luxury and you should not be surprised if the sanitary doors do not close properly; whether the shower water does not drain quickly. But everything is super clean. Clotheslines have even been considered.

Very nice location, hospitable reception. Lamego is worth it. The weather was just very bad. So we continued driving the next day. It's probably like a fairy tale in the summer.

In 2 words: absolutely fine. No opinion about the swimming pool (not yet open) and shop (don't use it). The restaurant is highly recommended. There is a path outside the campsite where you can walk your dog.

Great camper spot. We are now here for the 2nd time. Center is walkable. Next to the square is a pedestrian zone with lots of greenery. Very nice to walk the dog here.

Quiet place to spend the night. The sanitary station was defective. We were standing on the side of the Tourist Information office. On the other side of the square was the market (Saturday).

Hospitable welcome. because it was very wet we could not stay at the camper spot, but on a path at the campsite. Sanitary facilities dated but clean. Had a nice meal in the restaurant for a fair price. A place to come back to.

Great place to spend the night. Very quiet. We did see railway tracks, but so overgrown that they are probably no longer used. You can also walk the dog here, there is a quiet cycling and walking path along the River Somme, near the campsite. Access road on the narrow side, but doable for a 6.5 meter camper. Other than a waste bin, there are no facilities.

Nice, quiet place near Leeuwarden. We recommend a city walk with a guide from Leeuwarden Free Tours. After the tour you can decide for yourself what you pay for it. Furthermore, a great base for beautiful bike rides.

Beautiful campsite and fully equipped. Nice, neat and clean showers. Places are fine in size, but due to the size of the campsite and the crowds, a bit of a 'little hat'. We were lucky that there was still a place for us with the camper at this campsite. Friendly and helpful reception. Booking in advance is recommended during this period because of the crowds. In terms of activities, really everything to do within walking distance.

Very nice place. The still young plantings still have to grow. It takes patience, but it will probably be very beautiful. The plumbing is to say 'you'. You can walk into the woods with your dog.

A very nice location. At the moment we are there, it is really still a camper place under construction, so now 3 stars. Potentially a top location, we are curious about the sequel.

Friendly welcome at this friendly campsite. Sanitary clean, but dated. A water tap closer to the RV sites would be useful. Slightly more space between the campers ditto. Motorhomes who do not need electricity, there is a huge lawn available.

The nature around Lauwersoog invites you to cycle. We did that with pleasure. Camper spot is okay, but if you are second rank, then you miss the charm of standing by the water.

Great place to stay for a few days. In the area you can enjoy cycling and walking. Due to corona we have not been able to use the plumbing and we postpone an assessment about it until next time. Because it is a place to visit again.

Visited this campsite for the 2nd time. Just like last year, warm welcome and beautiful camper pitches. Due to corona, we were unable to use sanitary facilities. But that did not outweigh the pleasant stay.

We were accompanied by rain and strong winds. Reception was friendly. We were allowed to find a place ourselves. Soggy on the grass, but hard. Sanitary facilities fine. For motor home owners who do not use the camping facilities, the price is on the firm side. This time we came for a family visit, but the environment invites further research.

Great and free to stay here. The pitches are spacious, the sanitary at the campsite (within walking distance) is very clean. We ate nice in the restaurant. For 1 euro you have 24 hours of electricity. From here many beautiful walking and cycling routes.

For the occasion, translate the famous three rr's to Rest, Regularity and Space and you have the atmosphere of this place. Add to that the friendly owners and the beautiful bathroom and a big 10 is the result.

The camperveld is located between chalets and bungalows. There is 1 shower and 1 toilet for the entire field. At full occupancy what little? The places are beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately the weather did not invite you to sit outside when we were there. The alternative was cycling and you have plenty of opportunities in the area. Very nice. The reception is at the restaurant, in the first instance we drove past it.

A relief in the busy Randstad. The campsite is a nice base for cycling trips through the surprising Groene Hart and visits to Leiden, for example. The places are neat and the bathroom clean. Wailing cows underline the rural feeling. Nothing wrong with it. We put this campsite on our list.
