This is a really lovely camper site. The pitches are nice and private thanks to the beech hedges. Great cycling and walking routes. Just a stone's throw from the village of Orvelte, which is a must-see village. You'll find a tiny candy shop there with old-fashioned sweets. What I also came for is the Flintenhof, where you can buy minerals and jewelry with gemstones. And even more shops worth visiting. Absolutely lovely!!

The campsite is reasonable, the sanitary facilities are okay, but it's way too expensive for what you get. A campervan, two people, and a dog for €67 per night. We booked an 8.5-meter pitch for our 7.5-meter campervan, but despite that, it was still quite cramped. The surrounding area is also bleak, with only a shady burger joint and a pizzeria. I don't really understand who all the positive comments on this site are from, as I didn't see anyone Dutch.
