Expect nothing. Old junk. Needs a lot of attention. The mayor or the Tourist Office should take a good look in the mirror. The fact that you have to pay something like 14 euros for this is actually 14 too much. For us, the payment machine and the barrier worked right away. The camper after us: nothing worked anymore. Service had to be called. The screen stopped responding to anything. Located on a sunken road. The village is nice though.

This campervan site is ranked 27th in the "Most Beautiful Campervan Sites in Europe" list, but we don't think that's fair. The site is gravel and overlooks a canal and an industrial estate. The high score seems to be mainly due to visitors being encouraged to give the owners a 5-star review for a chance to win a prize—and that's reflected in the reviews. What a nice surprise, this camper place at Landwinkel De Oude Stoof! From the first moment we felt welcome. Jos and Caroline received us with sincere friendliness; a warm welcome that immediately makes the difference. Their passion for the pear, cherry and fruit growing company radiates from it. We got a nice insight into their work and were even allowed to enter the cherry orchard. A must for those who love hospitality, nature, good food.

What a disgrace. As a municipality you should really be ashamed. Not maintained. Dog poop everywhere. Daring to ask 10 euros for that, shame on you. Would someone at the municipality wonder how much money campers spend with local businesses? Location is ok.
