The way the campers and caravans are scattered among the trees, hedges, and fences is very appealing. But the restrooms are a different story. The first three showers and toilets are fine, but the second section is so dated and filthy, it's really outdated. My advice is to replace them as soon as possible.

It is strange that opinions can differ so much. We have just returned from a stay at the Vrije Vogel. We find the sanitary facilities to be a big drawback, 15 places and the large field, so we all have to make do with 4 toilets and 2 showers in total. The recreation room was nice, given the strong wind outside it was nice to be there. We did not see or speak to the owner. The Texelhopper is great, takes you right to the yard. The rate was too high.

spent the Easter weekend at the Vlinder. A cozy and well-cared for Easter breakfast for the guests. And the Easter bunnies treated us to eggs. This was our second stay at the Vlinder, this time again excellent, the reception by Frans and his assistant, the places, the sanitary facilities, the peace. A wonderful campsite, worth several visits.

Bad. The campsite is part of a farm and all kinds of outbuildings and houses. The terrain around the buildings full of holes. Weeds thrive. Sanitary facilities are sad, with 1 plus point, sufficient hot water. We shared the terrain with 3 English families, smokers, cigarette butts everywhere. At the waste containers a large dump. Surroundings are beautiful, but never here again. The rates are too high for what is offered.
