Go to compass camping reception first to pay and get access code for barrier. €30 for 1 night VW Camper. Pitches are marked, some slight sloping. Best to walk 200m to campervan site first and choose pitch, then go to reception and pay, then drive to pitch. Good stopover for Dunkirk ferry.

Was a bit of a drama getting in at the barrier which could not read barcode on phone. when this happens go to kiosk, print out ticket and try again. well spaced car park with EHU, water, grey water dump and Chemical toilet emptying. 15 min walk to town centre. Quite location between sports centre and housing. clean and tidy when we visited. Toilet access using code. Price is €22 per night not 18. good for a night stopover.

Good for paddleboarders or Kayakers but check tide times as when tide is out the creek is empty. Nice walks from campsite and lovely Cafe/Bar. Fish and Chip van also open.
