This is a perfect camper place; no facilities but free and very quiet. We felt very safe, we were there with another camper. Next time we will go for a walk in the beautiful surroundings and visit the locations of the Colonies of Benevolence.

A fantastic camper place, including all amenities. The sympathetic owner and ditto wife speak Dutch, which is handy. Geert, the owner makes everything himself, such as the beautiful gypsy wagon, which he rents out. The fridge is full of delicious beer and wine, just write down what you use. When we were there it was cold at night due to a cold snap, so cozy spoon-spoon sleep!

Fantastic motorhome! Friendly welcome and a nice pitch. Bought a delicious bottle of champagne (not mandatory) and slept wonderfully. The next morning we needed water, but the outside tap was closed because it had frozen at night. Immediately our jerry can was taken and filled by the hostess. And all that with a sincere smile and for free!

Talked to new owner; he told me that there was no more camper place. A lot of work was done on the 'mise en bouteille', via an automatic car that - apparently - goes to the winegrowers. A special sight, but no more cp.

Cozy motorhome with nice and helpful hostess. The location is within cycling distance of, among other things, The Hague, which is very convenient. Unfortunately I had to leave after one night due to a death, but I will definitely be back.

The (constructed) nature reserve Slingeplas is a kind of free state without any supervision. You look beautiful, calm and free, as long as you want. The only thing you pay is the exit ticket when you leave, 5 or 10 euros (shorter or longer than 5m). We were on the motorhome, but I also saw campers, tents and a caravan at the lake.

Ideal as a stopover to the beautiful 'Breton' Kattegat coast of Denmark. With peace and toilets that are thoroughly cleaned every morning. And also completely free, nice if you do not have any money after purchasing your motor home of 80,000 euros.
