Great campsite in a surprising location for a one-night stopover. A warm welcome. The food truck was excellent, and the food was quickly prepared. Bread service in the morning. It's a shame the pool was still closed that morning.

We went there on spec. We had a wonderful stay near the (almost private) beach. The seaside resorts of Benicarló, Vinaròs, and Peniscola are nice. Two good restaurants are just around the corner. The site is nice and spacious, the restrooms are dated but clean. The restaurant serves good food and it was busy. There are also many regulars. There are some speeding drivers on the campsite, but they are addressed about it. It was still quiet at the end of July, which was perfect!

We're joining Anjowide. A beautifully maintained campsite, situated above Espot and under the illuminated Torre in the evening. You can easily walk into Espot and get to the taxis. The route to Estany Negre and the JM Blanc refuge also starts next to the campsite. The hike is challenging but manageable. Afterwards, cool off in the pool with another stunning view! There's also a fantastic view from the campsite. A gem! The Aigüestortes park is fantastic!

Contact was quickly established, and José arrived promptly. He gave us a crash course in Valencia, helping us find our way around quickly. A city map and bus ticket were provided, and we were off. Everything was very clean, with a nice shower, toilet, and so on. It's a bit noisy and remote, but bus 160 quickly takes you to Valencia.
