Perfect spot for one or two overnight stays in Zaltbommel. Beautiful surroundings for cycling and walking. Spacious camper pitches and a pleasant, quiet environment. There are officially 6 spots, although sometimes extra campers are parked in regular parking spaces. It is polite to respect this, especially given the free nature of the site. There are no facilities, so please take your trash with you and keep the place clean.

No sense of safety; the location is situated directly next to a public parking lot in a residential area, close to a busy provincial road, without fencing or security, making it vulnerable to malicious individuals. The focus seems to be on revenue. In the evening, during opening hours, there is no harbor master, so no electricity, Wi-Fi, or facilities. The next morning, no leniency: full rate, no correction possible (“system”). Better alternatives in the region. A shame.
