okay for a couple of nights. cycling to the town requires courage or powerful electrics. cost is €25 per night.

Crowded and packed with vans. the breeze ensured that everything we own (and ate) was covered with a generous layer of dust and grit. Bosa marina is easy to reach by bicycle and is worth the effort.

Spent three nights under the olive trees. The family who own the site could not have been more friendly and helpful. We cycled to, and through, the 800m Grotto Giovanni: a truly memorable experience.

Great location but I can’t give 5 stars because it was closed for the weekend. There was the village fete in the aire.

A nice, quiet, free aire. Swimming pool is worth a visit. 4.50 Euros and spotlessly clean. The old town is also certainly worth looking at. it involves a ten minute walk.

Vila do Bispo is a dump. there are only two good things in town: a great Lidl and this excellent aire. cleanest and best run aire we know. you can come and go with the van or your bike, but it gets windy so the bike can be tough. plenty of things to do and see within 12km

Excellent food and beer. Friendly staff. Great walking straight from the door. Three placing available. We stayed two nights and had two evening meals.

I imagine it would be a madhouse in the high season, but in midweek in October it was half full and pleasantly quiet. It is almost impossible to cycle to Tarragona safely. We walked. It is around 10km of quite difficult path and soft sandy beach. We are seasoned hikers and it took almost three hours. A return journey would be tough by foot, but there is a convenient bus route.

It is huge, but in October 2019 there was plenty of space to spread out and the pitches are very generous. The night was quiet despite being on a busy roundabout. The 1km bike ride to the beach was a bit messy, but worth the effort.

Visited 11 October 2019. It certainly isn’t pretty. But it is amazingly convenient for this interesting city. And most importantly, it is secure. 12€ for a van under 8m. The narrow one-way streets make for an interesting approach as there are cars parked both sides, but it is possible with care.

We are there at present. There are seven vans here and room for about three more. When we arrived at 2pm we were second in. Beziers is nothing special, other than the Cathar history, but the nearby canal is well worth a look. Some of the wine last night was really good, and if you buy it in a box of 5 litres it is a very good price.

Mid September and there were half a dozen other vans. No barrier, but we discovered how to pay. There’s a Tourist Information just inside the town and 50 yds on the right. They will take your 7€ and give you a ticket. We did it, but none of the other(French) vans did!
