This is a great starting point for wonderful hikes along the Ahr River. Yes, the once-in-a-century flood has still left its mark. You wouldn't know it from the vineyards, though. The site is tidy, but unfortunately there's no electricity, because some idiot (there's no other word for it) had expensive car charging stations installed here. Besides, the site is very sloped; even with my leveling jacks, I can't...

The place is good, modern. Why you have to pick up a key at the information center for the great disposal is beyond me. No reasonable person can understand why the place, which is definitely not in the center of the world, is not properly signposted. The criticism of the place expressed here is not justified. The CP is very nice, green quiet. Also suitable for campers >9m (check with reception beforehand, otherwise you might be stuck). Free shuttle to the beautiful city. Walking into town is a challenge, but no problem with a bike.

The pitch is neat but not an experience at all, nothing nice. You stand on the commercial yard of a bus company next to buses and other RVs. For that, € 16 is simply not appropriate. It is 11 km to W-Elberfeld. The disposal is exemplary.

A great CP at the lake. For our large motorhome (9,20m) there are few places, so we have booked 2 seats next to each other. TV was not possible because of trees. Quiet, everyone sticks to it. The entrance to the square we have 2x "run over". Why no sign on the road is available - not to understand. The place is nothing for aesthetes, but better than we expected after the reviews. La Spezia is well worth seeing, from here you can undertake various tours in the 5 Terre. Young man who "registered" in CP manner was very friendly and also spoke some German.

Underground awful place, messy, unkempt, dusty, a mix of PP and pitch. You can hardly imagine putting chairs out here. Nevertheless, in a great location, because the Michel is in Sichweite, the city center only 15 minutes on foot. Electricity possible. The pitch is centrally located and has everything a motorhome needs. Wonderful hiking area, Schnapsbrunnen on the trails, here as in Baden, there is the best food in Germany. The wine sale from Alde Gott directly on the pitch. We feel very comfortable here.

A decent place right on the Ahr overlooking the vineyards. Starting point for wonderful walks. Directly opposite TOP restaurant (Kläs). Mayschoss himself is nothing dolles. The party people come here for parties. Very friendly place operator.
